LIAH #1020

Why do you got to be such a buzz kill man. More of a buzz kill than, shit, I don't know, my fucking grandma or something. But if I told my grandma that it was time to get motherfucking paid, she'd listen. - Boomer

i'm shooting a scene from my foosball epic soon. i'm quite excited about it. anyway, my fucking car man. i love it, i love it so dearly. the '95 pontiac grand am with it's glowing aqua paintjob. it's beautiful and it's at 99,200 miles. we're so close to 100k, but a snag yesterday. well it begins even before yesterday. check it, even before. over winter break the city of white plains decided to ram me straight in the ass with parking tickets. the parking department of white plains is a sick, demented, and twisted place who take pleasure out of my pain. but, i was down to owing only 100 to them, and things seemed good. then the big boys got involved. i unknowingly parked my car in front of a fire hydrant for two nights. it was hidden by cones and other shit, i swear. i'm not a tard, i'm not. but the city of new york slapped me with two tickets, totaling 230 bones. damn. but still, doable? it couldn't get any worse right? of course it does.
yesterday morning, the grand am barely started. it started, but barely. i knew i was in for trouble. made it off the belt parkway, only to have the radio turn off. bad sign number one. i turned around and started to head back, but it was struggling. luckily, i got off the highway before it completely died, but literally i was right off the highway. car overheated. it's had problems with the coolant for a long time i was well aware of it. but it finally was too much. so now i got to get a new radiator. 300 big ones.
it sucks, yeah. pretty much two weeks worth of pay, down the drain. but now my car will work. i'm getting the flooding fixed too. my car will be normal. it won't struggle to get to 100k, it will get to 100k with grace and pride. stay strong grand am, good times ahead.

note- not my car. just a googled aqua 95 grand am.
